OBJECTIVE

As your real estate agent, I will assist you with the purchase, rental, or sale of your property. I will advise on market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, negotiate, and provide guidance and assistance through the entire process of buying, selling, or leasing such property. 

In my 23 years in industrial management, I have negotiated with union workers, customers, and contractors to achieve results. I have ensured the facility continues to operate with no issues to my customers. I have worked diligently to ensure the customer is the most important person coming in and out of our facility. This is achieved through effective communication and leadership skills that I first learned while in the U.S. Army. 

As your real estate agent, I guarantee excellent customer service to include honesty, trustworthiness, and communication. 

EDUCATION

Macomb Community College - Assoc. degree in GS

Emphasis- Business Management. 

I started my career in real estate by attaining my Real Estate license in Michigan in 1995 and have completed the Ohio Real Estate License through Davis College to allow me to be of service to my clients in Ohio.

EXPERIENCE

I have worked at Lafargeholcim (Holcim) since July 2004. During my career with Holcim, I was responsible for facility operation over multiple facilities and directly overseeing budgets, safety, environmental, and maintenance. I monitored inbound and outbound trucks, rail, and river barges. 

I managed the installation and commissioning of the rail unloading system, terminal cleaning, and reorganization, to include the starting of the 5s system at the Birmingham Slag Plant. 

Prior to Holcim, I worked at Blue Circle Cement (currently known as St. Mary’s Cement) from 1997 until 2004 as a Production Manager. I was directly responsible for movement of raw materials and a 3 mill process for the production of cement. I was also involved in project management for the plants in the US and Canada.

Military, Honors, And Activities

I served in the United States Army as a Wheeled Vehicle and Power Generator Mechanic. While serving in the motor pool I achieved the rank of Sergeant and became acting Motor Sergeant. While over the motor pool I maintained a 95% availability of equipment. 

I later switched over in the reserves as an Infantry man. I earned the rank of Staff Sergeant and became a Drill Instructor providing basic entry soldiers with classroom and field training.
